  Very disappointing experience at ASDA McDonald's Halifax yesterday afternoon. As a delivery driver working with Uber Eats, I expect at least basic respect—but that was completely missing. A staff member named Emma was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of assisting drivers, she was dismissive and told us to “take the order and go away,” with a very disrespectful attitude. This wasn’t just my experience—other drivers were also clearly frustrated with how they were being treated. We are part of the service that helps your business run smoothly, not people to be spoken to like this. Being busy is not an excuse for poor behavior.   On Sunday 5th April we ordered breakfast delivery for 4 people from Macdonalds in Halifax. We placed the order at just gone 10am, so in plenty of time. We watched the delivery app which kept saying it was coming, but constantly changed couriers. After 2 hours with NO food, we recieved a notification to say they had Cancelled our order! If this wasn't bad enough, they have also fully taken the payment & we are now having to dispute this. Absolutely disgusting - will never use them again 😡

  We have just placed a order on the app recived it with half the order missing what did arrive was freezing cold. Called the store who wouldnt help at all and directed us to uber eats who was even less helpful £30 wasted no answer or customer service from anyone do not order from this branch absoultly shocking
